Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month training track designed to launch a career in technical sales. From day one, participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a national network of sales professionals to develop technical and business acumen for high-growth opportunities.

Participants will learn fire equipment, services, and building solutions, support proposals, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Preferred: internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
