Job summary

Rockwell Automation's EDGE Program offers a world-class, multi-month training in sales, technical and professional skills. After training, Associates are placed in field sales offices across North America, developing trusted, outcome-based selling capabilities.

You will join a cohort of peers worldwide and gain exposure to customers, systems integrators, and industry partners while building relationships and executing strategic sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry.
• You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
• You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation.
• You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees

Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027
