Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Expert to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair iPhone and other Apple products while educating customers on repair options and Apple services. You will inspire excitement for Apple, share knowledge with the team, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive store environment.

In this role, you’ll support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor, collaborate with leaders to address recurring issues, and apply deep hardware/software knowledge to diagnose

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store.
• Possess the visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and educating on product options.
• Assist team leaders in identifying recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Share knowledge with the team to elevate repair processes and customer experience.
