Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Technical Expert at our New York retail store to repair iPhone and other Apple products, educate customers on repair options, and deliver the premium Apple experience. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns, while guiding customers toward the best solutions.

You will work with team leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive environment. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required per store needs.

Qualifications

Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

Repair iPhone and other Apple products and educate customers on repair options.
Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering recommendations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for hardware and software.
