Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers, while generating excitement for Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options and help them get the most from their devices, delivering exceptional service.

Work with leaders to identify recurring repair issues, share feedback to Apple, and support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in-store.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting steps to identify root causes.
