Responsibilities

• Schedule phone screens, panels, and onsite interviews across time zones.
• Own onsite logistics end to end; agendas, confirmations, meals, travel, candidate communications.
• Send guides to interviewers and chase scorecards so debriefs aren’t blocked.
• Keep Greenhouse pipelines accurate and correctly staged.
• Support campus recruiting events and internship pipelines.
