Job summary

Distyl AI in New York seeks a qualified Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from first touch to offer. You will manage high-volume scheduling across concurrent searches and continuously seek ways to improve the process using AI tools.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep pipelines moving, flag bottlenecks early, and ensure accurate candidate data in Ashby. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth recruiting operations is required.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proactive in applying AI tools to scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple reqs.
• Act as primary contact for candidates with a warm, informative tone.
• Coordinate availability across candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and leadership
• Partner with recruiters and managers to keep pipelines moving and flag bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene in Ashby.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Support and suggest improvements to recruiting processes with the broader team.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, including panel prep and debriefs.
• Support offer logistics and handoff to People Ops.
