Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) seeks a Junior Recruiter to support the recruiting manager and leadership on technical staffing efforts. The role includes coordinating interviews, managing candidate data, ensuring compliance, and liaising with Security, HR, and Operations to meet requirements.

This onsite position is based in Manassas, VA with a competitive salary and benefits. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field and/or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred).
• Ability to coordinate interview logistics and manage scheduling.
• Experience reviewing resumes against job postings and sourcing.
• Support OFCCP, AAP and EEO compliance, tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and administrative staff.
• Liaise with Security, HR and Operations to meet requirements.
• Present candidates to customers in formal interview settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting manager for candidate and requisition management.
• Provide interview logistics support and schedule meetings.
• Assist with searching for and reviewing resumes against job postings.
• Assist with compliance and reporting (OFCCP, AAP, EEO).
• Coordinate with Security, HR, and Operations to meet requirements.
• Schedule, escort, and present candidates to customers in interviews.
