Job summary

Booster is seeking an Operations/G&A Recruiter to join the team in Mountain View, California. This contract role involves sourcing candidates for key operational roles and improving recruiting processes within the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruiting experience and a BA/BS degree. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments. Onsite work is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in operations-focused environments.
• Experience hiring across multiple locations for Managerial and non-exempt roles.
• Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels.

• Support hiring workflows, including job specs and interview panels.
