Tesla Motors is seeking a recruiter to partner with G&A teams to attract and close top talent for immediate and future needs. This onsite role will operate in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX, collaborating with sourcers and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Bring 2 years of recruiting experience, a talent for navigating high-volume and high-touch roles, and a strong grasp of market trends and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years recruiting experience.
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions.
• Ability to navigate both high volume and high touch roles.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant employment market trends.
• Proficient knowledge of common G&A skill-sets.
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust G&A pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs.
• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent.
• Develop strong working relationships with sourcers, other recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers.
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes.
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity.
