Giga is scaling rapidly and seeks a Senior Recruiter to own recruiting for Technical and Engineering teams, partner with hiring managers, and build clear plans to attract top talent.

In a high-growth environment, you’ll move quickly, write compelling job descriptions, source passive candidates, and deliver a fast, high-quality candidate experience while representing our story and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive technical talent.
• Ability to act with urgency while maintaining hiring standards.
• Clear communication and influencing hiring managers and leaders.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Engineering roles: sourcing, outreach, interviews, feedback, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting plans.
• Write sharp job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
• Source passive candidates using creative methods and networks.
• Deliver a fast, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Represent our story, culture, and mission to every candidate.
