• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet our hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent across finance, legal, people, and other G&A functions.
• Partner with G&A leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy.
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity.
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess functional expertise, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied's values.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and proliferate a compelling talent brand externally.
• Successfully negotiate and close candidates to fill critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor.
