Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting manager and leadership team in sourcing and placing technical talent.

This onsite role focuses on candidate interaction, interview scheduling, data management and compliance tasks to support efficient staffing across engineering and software teams. The position requires handling confidential information, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with customers

Qualifications

• Assist recruiting manager in all facets of technical staffing.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Taleo preferred).
• Provide interview logistics support and schedule meetings.
• May assist with resume searching and reviewing against postings.
• Assist with OFCCP, AAP and EEO compliance, tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and their staff.
• Liaise with Security, HR, and Operations to meet requirements.
• Schedule, escort, and present candidates to customers in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiting manager in activities related to candidate and requisition management.
• Provide interview logistics support and schedule meetings.
• Interact with candidates and customers; manage scheduling and data tasks.
• Support compliance tracking and reporting (OFCCP/AAP/EEO).
