Job summary

GK Software is hiring a Junior People Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle across regions, leveraging AI-powered tools to move swiftly and accurately. You will source, screen, and close candidates worldwide, coordinating with People & Culture and business leaders in multiple time zones.

Fluency in English and German is preferred, with a willingness to collaborate outside standard hours to engage APAC or the Americas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruiting experience, proven track record.
• Ability to run end-to-end processes independently.
• Interest in AI and modern recruiting tech.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours across time zones.
• Fluent in English and German (German not required native).
• Structured, proactive, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting activities for roles globally, including postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation.
• Conduct structured interviews with candidates across APAC or the Americas.
• Drive active sourcing using AI-powered platforms to attract global talent.
• Deliver a transparent, friendly, and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting data in HR systems and support process improvements.
