Assort Health is building a connected healthcare experience. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for engineering and Forward Deployed Engineer roles, partnering directly with technical leadership to shape how we hire as we scale.

You will run intake, screen and move candidates through the process, lead offer strategy and negotiations, and help define hiring strategy as the organization grows across multiple engineering streams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle tech recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring engineers.
• Recent startup experience.
• Clear interest in full cycle recruiting, not just sourcing.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and technical leaders.
• Autonomy, drive, and self-motivation, with an appetite for building structure where little exists.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level FDE and engineering roles, from intake through close.
• Partner closely with technical leadership to drive impact across the technical recruiting org.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and align on what each role needs.
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the process.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiations, and close candidates.
• Help shape hiring strategy, including workforce planning, role scoping, and sourcing approaches.
• Expand into new roles and teams as engineering grows.
