Healthie is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our talent team across engineering, product, and data, in a fast-growing healthcare-tech environment. This hybrid NYC or LA role reports to the VP of Talent and focuses on delivering hiring results at pace and scale.

You will own complex searches, build strong pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals, while upholding Healthie's values and commitment to diversity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building track record.
• Healthcare/healthtech experience is a plus.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, or Data.
• Autonomy and fast-paced execution.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering.
• Source and engage top talent through outbound outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
• Represent Healthie at recruiting events.
• Collaborate to refine hiring strategies and communications.
• Track metrics and drive data-informed improvements.
• Ensure a diverse, inclusive hiring culture.
