• Passionate about candidate experience and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for your assigned function, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Run efficient, high-signal, compliant interview and selection processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Hadrian's culture and values.
• Track hiring performance and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers with market insights.
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvements.
