Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking an entrepreneurial Technical Recruiter Lead to build and lead our recruiting pipeline from scratch. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive hiring for engineering and leadership roles. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a mental health startup.

You’ll manage the ATS, source from multiple platforms, and partner with managers to shape job descriptions while shaping our growing talent culture.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Full cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to explain engineering roles to non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the recruiting pipeline from scratch.
• Set up Grow’s ATS and manage interview process.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates.
• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Hired, BuiltInNYC, Triplebyte.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
• Interview candidates and market Grow as an employer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions.
• Monitor HR metrics and oversee onboarding.
• Identify leverage sourcing platforms and creative channels.
