Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to determine client hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates meeting expectations.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience for open roles.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and offer feedback.
• Support onboarding and post-placement for consultants.
• Hit weekly metrics: calls, interviews, placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager.
