Job summary

Brooksource, the flagship brand of Eight Eleven Group, seeks a Recruiter to build talent networks for qualified IT consultants. You will collaborate with the sales team, develop candidate strategies, and guide candidates through interviews to fit client needs.

You will coach resumes, conduct mock interviews, and provide feedback while actively supporting onboarding and ongoing engagement with consultants on project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through intensive interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback.
• Support onboarding and post-placement engagement with consultants.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager.
