You will collaborate with sales, develop sourcing strategies, coach candidates, and support post-placement success while striving to hit weekly metrics in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Support onboarding and post-placement success for consultants.
• Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with management.
