Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, seeks a Recruiter to build talent networks of consultants for Fortune 500 IT roles. You will source and screen candidates, matching them with opportunities where they can succeed and advocating for candidates through the interview process.

You will collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, qualify applicants through phone, in-person, and virtual interviews, and coach candidates on resumes and interview skills while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting to clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and take on new challenges.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and recruiter support.
