Responsibilities

• Build talent networks of potential consultants and match them with opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to identify client hiring needs and strategize candidate sourcing.
• Screen candidates through phone, in-person, and virtual interviews; assess fit and skills.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Support candidates through onboarding and post-placement follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set and review personal and team goals with your manager.
