Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Lead People Partner to help scale our organization. This hands-on, strategic role partners with leaders to build strong teams, coach managers, and address people challenges across the business.

You will design scalable People processes, support workforce planning, and drive employee engagement in a fast-growing manufacturing context with both hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including partner roles supporting leaders.
• Experience supporting salaried and hourly populations in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong employee relations experience with employment-law knowledge and judgment.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders through complex people challenges.
• Experience building or improving HR processes in growth environments.
• Strong business judgment and relationship-building across all levels.
• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, or team effectiveness.
• Excellent project management, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort with data and technology, and curiosity about AI to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the People Partner for assigned units, understanding goals, priorities, and talent needs.
• Coach leaders on performance, feedback, and development to improve team effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations with sound judgment and consistency; escalate when needed.
• Partner on workforce planning, org design, talent development, retention, and change.
• Build an excellent employee experience with onsite presence and cross-role relationships.
• Develop scalable People processes, reducing bureaucracy and enabling growth.
• Collaborate with People Ops to clarify ownership and continuous improvement.
• Operate with ownership in a fast-changing environment, using data and AI where helpful.
