Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or associate degree with equivalent professional experience, or high school diploma with extensive recruiting experience.
• 1+ year recruiting with a bachelor’s; 2+ years with an associate; 3+ years with a high school diploma.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, applicant tracking systems, candidate screening, pipeline management, and consultative partnership with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and manufacturing positions.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring leaders to define technical requirements and business priorities.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and research methods.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, career alignment, communication skills, and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates accurately and objectively to hiring teams.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while tracking pipeline health and recruiting activity.
• Support interview coordination, feedback collection, offer development, and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders through consistent and clear communication.
