Job summary

ERock, a leader in distributed energy, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build high-impact talent pipelines across Engineering, IT, Automation, and EPC. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and fast-moving, high-ownership ownership.

You will manage up to 10–15 active requisitions, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and deliver qualified candidates with speed and quality. Strong communication and data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience supporting Engineering, IT, Automation, Project Management & O&M hiring.
• Proven ability to manage ~10 concurrent requisitions while maintaining pipeline activity.
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach with strong candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive proactive sourcing strategies across Engineering, IT, Automation, and O&M roles.
• Manage up to 10–15 active requisitions simultaneously with strong pipelines.
• Generate candidate flow through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct outbound calls and direct candidate engagement to accelerate pipeline conversion.
• Screen and qualify candidates to meet technical and role requirements.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align priorities and market conditions.
