Job summary

ERock is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build high-impact pipelines for Engineering, IT, Automation and EPC roles. You will own proactive sourcing strategies, manage up to 10 active requisitions, and drive conversion through outreach and engagement across multiple channels.

This high-ownership role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional communication, and strong collaboration with hiring managers to meet rapid hiring goals in a fast-paced energy tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience supporting Engineering, IT, Automation, and EPC hiring.
• Ability to manage ~10 concurrent requisitions with strong pipeline activity.
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach with candidate engagement.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across Engineering, IT, Automation and EPC roles.
• Manage up to 10–15 active requisitions with conversion-ready pipelines.
• Generate candidate flow via LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, referrals.
• Conduct outbound calls and direct candidate engagement to speed conversions.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements before submission.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on priorities and market data.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation insights.
• Track outreach activity and pipeline metrics using ATS tools.
• Attend local job fairs and community outreach events.
