Job summary

ERock, a leader in distributed energy, seeks a Technical Recruiter to build high-impact talent pipelines for Engineering, IT, Automation & EPC. You will manage up to 10 active requisitions, drive proactive outreach, engage candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting in fast-growth environments.
• Experience supporting Engineering, IT, Automation, O&M roles.
• Manage ~10+ concurrent requisitions with strong pipeline activity and quality.
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach with engagement and conversion rates.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track outreach metrics, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing strategies across Engineering, IT, Automation, and O&M roles.
• Manage up to 10-15 active requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong, conversion-ready pipelines for each role.
• Generate consistent candidate flow through high-volume outreach, LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct outbound calls and direct candidate engagement to increase response rates and accelerate pipeline conversion.
• Identify, engage, and convert both passive and active candidates through targeted outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification to ensure candidates meet technical and role requirements before submission.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities and market conditions.
• Provide real-time market intelligence, including talent availability and compensation insights.
• Track outreach activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics using ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies and channels to improve efficiency and results.
• Attend and organize local job fairs and community outreach.
