Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Engineering) to lead full-cycle recruitment for project managers, electrical designers, engineers and other critical technical roles. You will source, assess, and engage qualified candidates, partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing and build strong pipelines.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience and a background in electrical construction or data center projects. Travel and compliance with OFCCP are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience with a bachelor's in business or related field.
• Experience recruiting project managers, electrical designers and engineers is top priority.
• Experience within electrical construction in the critical infrastructure/data center or related industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for project managers, electrical designers, project engineers, and other critical technical and construction roles.
• Proactively source, engage, assess, and attract qualified passive and active candidates using targeted and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to define staffing needs, understand position requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current openings and anticipated workforce needs.
