You will partner with hiring managers to define needs and craft effective recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance and data integrity. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, strong analytics, and a focus on candidate experience, with a requirement for experience in ATS/CRM systems and Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; multiple pathways.
• Experience recruiting technicians, engineers, and project leaders.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting operations.
• Proficient with company-wide recruitment database systems, ATS, CRM, HRIS.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills; Excel pivot tables in particular.
• Knowledge of OFCCP and FLSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for technology roles including security clearances.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for roles with various security clearances.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to roles requiring security clearance.
• Utilize sourcing methods across job boards, social media, and networks to identify candidates with required clearances.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future openings.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with HR and compliance teams to align processes with regulations.
