Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications integrated infrastructure construction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for Telecommunications Engineering, Project Leadership, Superintendent positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and hire I2CS electrical designers and engineers, project leaders and managers.
• Ensure OFCCP-compliant talent acquisition processes.
• Maintain a robust pipeline for current and future openings and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
