Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for cleared facility technicians and engineers supporting DoD, IC, and government programs. The role spans CONUS and OCONUS deployments and requires pipelines for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems skills.

You will collaborate with program managers and operations leadership, navigate clearance processes, and drive compliant staffing through Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, or similar ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience focusing on U.S. Government cleared candidates (TS/SCI, Polygraph).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; options include degree + experience tallies.
• Proven experience hiring critical facility technicians (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building systems) for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• Strong understanding of DoD and Intelligence Community security clearance processes and OCONUS deployment requirements.
• Demonstrated success supporting high-volume and rapid-deployment staffing, especially overseas or contingency environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI, CI Poly, and Full-Scope Poly cleared candidates across CONUS and OCONUS government programs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building controls, and facilities maintenance talent for domestic and overseas projects.
• Support recruitment for OCONUS deployments, including readiness for austere environments.
• Partner with Program Managers, Facility Operations leadership, Security Officers, and deployment coordinators to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using clearance-focused job boards, referrals, social platforms, and military outreach.
