Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring a Technical Recruiter (Engineering) to manage full-cycle recruitment for project managers, electrical designers, and engineers, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs on large data center and critical infrastructure projects.

This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, OFCCP compliance, strong candidate experience, and collaboration within the Talent Acquisition team. Travel is expected (10-30%), and the position is full-time with U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience with a bachelor's in business or related field.
• Experience recruiting project managers, electrical designers and engineers is top priority.
• Experience in electrical construction, critical infrastructure/data center is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for project managers, electrical designers, project engineers, and other technical roles.
• Source, engage, assess, and attract qualified candidates using targeted sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support openings and workforce needs.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the process with timely communication.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with OFCCP and company policies.
• Track activity and prepare reports on pipelines and hiring progress.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation, and recruitment challenges.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Collaborate with recruiting teammates and share best practices.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and compliance with processes.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives as assigned.
