The role focuses on sourcing for HVAC, electrical, building systems, and related trades, including CONUS and OCONUS deployments, with emphasis on rapid staffing needs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on U.S. Government cleared candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; alternative combinations acceptable.
• Proven track record hiring critical facility technicians (CONUS/OCONUS) in DoD/IC contexts.
• Strong knowledge of DoD and IC security clearance processes and OCONUS deployments.
• Experience with government-contract recruiting compliance (OFCCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI, Poly, and Full-Scope Poly cleared candidates in CONUS and OCONUS programs.
• Build and maintain pipelines for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building controls, and facilities maintenance roles.
• Coordinate with program managers and deployment coordinators to meet staffing timelines and clearance prerequisites.
• Develop sourcing strategies using clearance-focused boards, referrals, and social platforms.
