M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI, polygraph, and other cleared roles across CONUS and OCONUS government programs.

The role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, and facilities maintenance staffing with readiness for overseas deployments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical recruiting, DoD/IC security clearance familiarity, and experience with major ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience focusing on U.S. Government cleared candidates.
• Strong DoD and IC security clearance processes knowledge and OCONUS deployment requirements.
• Experience hiring for CONUS and OCONUS operations with high-volume and rapid deployment needs.
• Proficiency with major ATS platforms (Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn).
• Excellent relationship-building with technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for TS/SCI, Polygraph, and other cleared roles across CONUS and OCONUS programs.
• Build candidate pipelines for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, and facilities maintenance talent.
• Coordinate screening, interviewing, compensation analysis, and offers per contract guidelines.
• Partner with PMs, facilities leadership, and deployment coordinators to meet staffing timelines.
• Maintain ATS records and drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies for overseas staffing.
