Job summary

NDI Engineering Company is seeking an experienced in-house recruiter to meet hiring needs for three offices (NJ, PA, VA). You will manage the recruiting strategy, outreach, and relationship-building to fill roles across Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and Logistics.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with defense industry recruiting, and collaboration with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
• One year in the recruitment of technical personnel; Defense Industry preferred.
• Applicants must be US citizens.
• Full-time position; Location: Thorofare, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall recruiting strategy.
• Candidate outreach, pipeline building, sourcing, and creative advertising.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill and anticipate hiring needs.
• Understand position needs and details with HR/Accounting for onboarding.
• Guide applicants through interviews and address questions promptly.
• Transfer OFCCP data and maintain reporting records.
• Build relationships with schools, veterans groups, and tech communities.
• Coordinate quarterly Virtual Career Fairs and represent at career events.
• Manage job postings on LinkedIn, DOL, and ATS systems.
• Maintain Talent Hub database and generate monthly reports.
• Leverage social media for marketing reach; manage recruiting budget.
