Job summary

NDI Engineering Company is seeking an experienced in-house recruiter to support three offices (NJ, PA, VA) with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting (Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Logistics). The role requires US citizenship and a full‑time commitment in Thorofare, NJ.

The recruiter will lead outreach, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth onboarding. Experience in defense industry recruiting is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
• One year in the recruitment of technical personnel; familiarity with recruiting for the Defense Industry preferred.
• Applicants for this position must be US citizens.
• Full-time position; Location: Thorofare, NJ

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall recruiting strategy.
• Candidate outreach, relationship and pipeline building, sourcing, creative advertising and leveraging social media channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill and proactively anticipate hiring needs including part-time, full-time, independent contractors, and interns.
• Collaborate with HR/Accounting to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to hire to onboarding.
• Configure and manage applicant assessments; guide applicants through the interview process and address questions swiftly and professionally.
• Transfer OFCCP data to databases and maintain records for reporting.
• Build relationships with schools, institutions, and social media groups; coordinate quarterly Virtual Career Fairs.
