Job summary

Mach Industries in Irvine, CA is hiring a Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering and manufacturing teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and GNC roles. You will partner with leadership to define requirements, source and screen candidates, manage the full lifecycle, and build pipelines essential to our aggressive growth.

You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on national security and UAS technology, with opportunities for career development and exposure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and organizational structures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
• Obsession with building excellent teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and leadership to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, forums, and events.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Implement scalable recruiting processes and tools to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Advise on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate engagement best practices.
• Represent Mach Industries as a brand ambassador at recruiting events, conferences, and university partnerships.

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

• Implement scalable recruiting processes and tools to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate engagement best practices.
• Represent Mach Industries as a brand ambassador at recruiting events, conferences, and university partnerships.
