Job summary

NDI Engineering Company is seeking an experienced in-house recruiter to meet hiring needs for three offices (NJ, PA, VA). The recruiter will manage overall recruiting strategy, candidate outreach, and collaboration with hiring managers to fill full-time, part-time, contractors, and interns.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with defense industry recruitment, US citizenship, and expertise with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years recruiting experience.
• One year recruiting technical personnel; defense industry preferred.
• US citizen required; federal compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall recruiting strategy.
• Candidate outreach, pipeline building, sourcing, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill full-time, part-time, contractors, and interns.
• Collaborate with HR/Accounting to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Configure and manage applicant assessments; guide applicants through interviews.
• Transfer OFCCP data to databases and maintain reports.
• Build relationships with schools, veterans organizations, and technology groups.
• Coordinate quarterly Virtual Career Fairs and represent NDI at career events.
• Manage NDI Jobs postings on LinkedIn, DOL, and ATS.
• Manage Talent Hub database; create monthly recruitment reports.
• Leverage social media for maximum marketing reach.
• Manage recruiting budget and monthly expenditures.
