Job summary

VDart in Edison, NJ seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, source candidates through LinkedIn and job boards, and screen resumes to identify strong fits.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, excellent communication, and the ability to build a robust candidate pipeline across Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

• Proven experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and IT skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting technical candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and ATS/recruiting tools.
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruiting targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions

• Review and screen resumes to identify candidates with the required technical skills
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical background, experience, communication, and role fit
• Recruit for positions across areas such as Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other IT disciplines
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
• Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and technical skill sets
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
