Job summary

Nesco Resource represents a growing company in the Delaware, OH area seeking a Corporate Recruiter on a contract basis. You will manage full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions and collaborate with HR Partners and leadership on strategy to meet company goals.

You will focus on engineering and IT roles, drive innovative talent acquisition practices, and contribute to a data-driven TA organization while balancing multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' full cycle recruitment on a regional or national level.
• Experience in high volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, project management and product management positions highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Leadership on recruiting strategy to achieve company goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within Engineering and IT functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and driving continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition.
