Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall recruiting strategy for three NDI offices (NJ, PA, VA).
• Lead candidate outreach, pipeline building, sourcing, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill needs including part-time, full-time, contractors, and interns.
• Coordinate with HR/Accounting to ensure smooth hire to onboarding processes.
• Manage applicant assessments and guide candidates through interviews.
