Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Emerging Talent Recruiting team in Costa Mesa, CA. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to improve candidate management and data processes.
• Collaborate with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high-impact projects.
• Leverage knowledge of university recruiting trends and execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own pipeline direction and drive results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach and offer/close rates.
• Manage hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams and clearly communicate objectives.
