Job summary

You will work independently as a subject matter expert, shaping long-term talent strategy and partnering with leaders to meet aggressive growth goals.

This role requires ownership, travel to university events, and a track record of delivering high-impact hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high-impact hiring projects.
• Leverage knowledge of university recruiting trends to inform strategy and outreach.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction with metrics-based measurement.
