Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team supporting Hardware/Software. Based in our Costa Mesa, CA office, you will operate independently as a subject matter expert, ensuring we recruit top-tier talent and shape long-term talent strategy.
In this role you will partner with leaders and contributors to define hiring needs and execute on a strategy to build Anduril’s world-class team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
- Willingness to travel for university recruiting trips and events.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex Emerging Talent hiring in Hardware.
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies with tools and automation.
- Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
- Shape recruitment strategy and drive process improvements.
- Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
- Own pipeline direction with metrics, sourcing outreach, and offers.
