Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Emerging Talent Recruiting team, supporting Hardware/Software groups. You will operate independently as a subject matter expert, shaping hiring strategy and driving end-to-end talent solutions.

You will partner with leaders, manage university recruiting initiatives, travel for events, and own pipeline direction with metrics-driven outcomes, while contributing to Anduril’s mission to build world-class teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or university recruiting
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to travel for university recruiting trips/events

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware/Software
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques and automation
• Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers and leadership
• Leverage university recruiting trends and execute recruiting trips/events
• Own pipeline direction and measure outcomes with sourcing and offer/close rates
• Manage hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams
