Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team. You will recruit across Hardware/Software, collaborate with leaders, and shape long-term talent strategy.

You will own the hiring process, travel for university recruiting trips, and drive data-driven hiring projects. The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, university recruiting experience, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
• Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.
• Manage the hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, effectively communicating objectives and priorities
