Qualifications

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably university recruiting and tech.
Strong leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence on best practices.
Ability to travel to university recruiting trips and events as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using tools and automation.
Collaborate with the emerging talent team, PMs, coordinators, and leaders to shape strategy.
Lead university recruiting trips and events as needed.
Own and execute pipeline direction with metrics, including sourcing and offers.
Manage hiring execution to meet multi-team goals and priorities.
