Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Emerging Talent Recruiting team. You will operate independently as a subject matter expert, ensuring we recruit top-tier talent and shape our long-term talent strategy.

You will collaborate with leaders and individual contributors to define hiring needs, own pipeline direction, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects, including university recruiting trips and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments with cross-functional alignment.
• Willingness to travel for university recruiting trips and events.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using tools and automation to improve candidate management.
• Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own pipeline direction and measure results through metrics like sourcing outreach and offer rates.
• Manage hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams.
