Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles in Sugar Land, TX on a 6-month onsite contract.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the ATS, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and help build talent pipelines while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience, OR 4-5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting fundamentals.
• ATS experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screens and assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the process.
• Provide pipeline updates and recruiting market feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation.
• Support offer creation, delivery, and onboarding coordination.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted resource for candidates and hiring managers.
